Ive been a home inspector for over seven years and have over 20+ years in the trades with real life experience in electrical, plumbing, framing, roofing, hvac, remodeling and more. For properties with catchment tanks, each inspection comes with a video of the interior of the tank!

Experience as an inspector and a builder
It all started when I was 7 years old, sweating my first copper fitting under the house with my dad, a master plumber. I grew up on the job site learning about the trades. Iv'e done it all with my own hands and under the guidance of experts in their fields including remodels, rewiring, repiping, roofing, foundations, framing, HVAC, tile work, drywall, and much more. After building my reputation as a contractor, I was sought out and extensively trained by Alex Valenzuela, the most requested inspector in the high end market of Santa Fe New Mexico. and a true master of his craft. I bring a lifetime of real world experience to every inspection, and It's my pleasure to help!
